  1. This is very helpful specially for OFWs.

    Either you are paying in abroad or asking someone in your family back home to pay, you will be able to see and check your contributions online.

    Like for me, I can see in my SSS online account the contributions. So I know that my family is really paying my SSS and that the money is not misused. πŸ™‚

    I heard countless stories from other OFWs. They thought that they are entitled for pension. When they are about to retire, they check with SSS and they will know that those funds they have been sending for their SSS were not actually paid by their relatives.

      Hi Arnold, try to register your sss account online first. from there, you can check on the status of your loan or you may also call SSS hotline or visit their branch/kiosk.

    hi po,maam janice may iba pa po ba option para maproceed ko yung registration ko dahil need ng RECEIPT NO./OTC. OFW po kasi ko nghuhulog lang ko ng contribution sa ALANSARI EXCHANGE.thanks

      Ang alam ko required talaga yung receipt no. kasi it won’t proceed to the next page without it unless employed ka at si employer ang nagreremit directly ng contributions mo.

      Hi Roselyn,

      Just in case you’re still not yet register online with your account with the SSS.
      OFW din ako and other than the receipt na meron ang authorize payment center abroad kung saan ka nag babayad. Surely, may naka attached na transaction sleep always dun. Information about sss payment.

      Dun sa slip na yun look for the “SSS transaction number” yun lang need mo after filling in all the mandatory information needed.

      the last time i had similar problems, ung laging invalid userid/password na error message, their website was updating pala. after a few days, my userid/password was accepted again. if you’re typing your account correctly, then it’s not your fault na. bka nag-uupdate sila. try mo na lang ulet after a few days. hope that helps.

    Hi po. After submitting the phase 2 registration I am getting this error message.

    Error 404–Not Found

    From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol — HTTP/1.1:

    10.4.5 404 Not Found

    The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

    If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

    What should I do? Thanks.

    Hi! please help me po. i’m having troubles po trying to register on SSS. first ko po kasing nagtry i’m using my gmail email address. wala nman po kong narecieve na email for the next step kaya i tried po ulit using another email which is my yahoo mail po pero still getting same error po. tinry ko na rin po using IE to register. ano pong gagawin ko? help e po? i want to check online, my contributions po kasi as well to file a salary loan. hope you can help me po. thank you so much! πŸ™‚

      make sure that the email that you enter is unique or has not been previously registered. if it’s the same, try to create a new one for the purpose of enrolling your sss online account.

        nagregister po ko sa Sss online kasu yung email na nailagay ko hindi nageexist…Nagkamali ako ng pagkakatype .sumunod na araw ginawa ko yungemail n naitype ko kasu wala namang email verification yung sss n dumating ..pano ko po b mareretrieve ung Sss email verification ?

      if he’s already a member of SSS, let him try to pay his contri directly at SSS branch to get the receipt no.

      if you have entered the correct info and yet it’s showing invalid, then you might have to verify your status directly at sss branch or call their hotline.

    Hi i’m having problem in the second phase. I’m employed so I ticked the employed box and entered my employer’s sss no.\id that I got from our HR. but the error says that my designation as employed is wrong. Why is that? Please help, tnx

      you might have to contact sss to find out your current membership status. maybe it’s not updated.

      • ang hirap mag online kaya .marami ang hindi marunong mag gamit ng computer.paano na yong walang pinag aralan at hindi alam ang mga katanongan kawawa naman sila .tapos pag tumawag kapa galit pa ang mga taohan ng mga sss employer.ibalik nlang ninyo ung dati para sa walng pinag aralan hindi bali pumila sila at lis matotoroan sila kahit papaano pahirap lang sa amin ang ganitong sistema

          Hindi naman po nawala yung dati.
          Pwede pa din po kayo pumila at magpunta sa SSS branch kung may mga concerns kayo.
          Nadagdag lang po ang SSS online para mas convenient po ang pagchecheck ng account nyo.

      there might be some discrepancies in your personal information.
      I suggest you visit the SSS branch and ask their personnel regarding your concern.

        kung voluntary member po kayu and kelan lang yung payments made nio, you have to wait pa po na ma post ng sss yung contribution payments nio.
        ganyan din kasi nangyari sa brother ko after payment nia nag register agad siya,, nung tumawag kami sa sss, ganun nga daw po, hndi pa daw kasi an popost yung OR sa system nila

      ask your brother, maybe he has already registered before.
      or check your spam folder.

        Once the system detects that the SSS number has been registered, you may not register again. I think in some cases, this is due to employers having their employees registered online in the past and, chances are, the employee no longer remembers or was not aware that such has been done.

        You may retrieve your User ID and Password by dropping by at the nearest SSS office. Have your account reset so you can be issued a temporary password together with the User ID registered in the past. The queue may be long but once your turn comes up, the process takes only a minute or two.

        Hope this helps.

    Hi, hope you can help me with my problem on SSS portal. I totally forgot the password of the email add I used when I first registered my SSS account. Hindi rin ako makapag register ulit because na registered na ang akong SSS#.
    What’s the best step that I would do? to be able to access the SSS portal?

      Hi Dem,
      Check if there’s a way to reset the password.
      If not, I suggest you contact SSS directly or visit their branch so they can reset your account.

    case :
    ung husband ko before nawalan ng work may sss loan balance . Then for a long time hndi nabayaran yun , nag accrue ng interest and penalty. Now may work na ulet siya, kaso pede bang siya na directly maghulog sa bangko nung loan payment nia? kasi sa agency matagal amg remit, pero may contributions deductions nmn siya kaso nga ung iba tlga agency delay amg remit, kaya ask ko lng if pede kami na direct magbayad sa bank and mag transmit sa sss ng loan payments nia?

      Hi Lady, I’m not sure if you can pay your loan payments directly to SSS. My husband had the same issue, but they suggested to settle it through deductions through his current employment.

    hi ma’am Janice. tanong ko lang sana baka kasi may idea ka eh.. nakaregister na kasi ako noon (2013 pa)sa website ng sss at successful naman. then just this day lang po naisipan kong mag log in ulit sa website nila pero Invalid Username/Password na ang lumalabas.. Paano po yan? tama naman inilagay ko kasi chineck ko sa email yung message ng sss sa akin. do i need to register online again? naeexpired po ba sa sss ung email and password mo dati pag gnyn? thank you po

    Good day! May issue po ako sa paguupdate ng profile ko sa SSS website. I’m getting an error “HTTP 403 Forbidden” whenever na inuupdate ko yung info. I really need to update specially yung email address. Hindi na kasi active yung old, since sa previous company ko pa yung email na nailagay ko. I have several instances na kailangan ko pang pumunta ng SSS branch para lang magpareset ng password. It is really important na may access sa SSS online para mamanage and monitor yung account and contributions real time. I have this hunch na I’m being restricted on changing any details sa account ko (HTTP 403 error means you are restricted/forbidden to access, based on google). Nagtry kami to do the same with my wife’s account, and we are successful updating her profile online. Is there any work around for this. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

      hi, try logging in at night or on weekends.
      there’s less traffic to the site and there’s a big chance that you’ll be able to access it successfully.

    Hi Ms.Janice guso ko sana mag register online.tapos na ako sa pa filled up nung form 2 which is kelangan ilagay ung receipt number paid sa RS-5 prior atleast 6 month from current date.kaso ung last payment ko ay last year pa October 8,2014.pero i just tried parin na ilagay ung pay Ref# and proceed sa pag filled up ng ibang data.then after clicking submit,lalabas ung ” this action will send the supplied information to sss..continue..” then i click continue..But,after that nabubura ung mga in imput kong data at nakalagay in red color “required field”(how many time pabalik balik ako nag filled up and submit pero ganun parin e)I did not received any mails from sss for confirmation.ano ba ang problema jan.hope you could help me regarding this.Salamat

      Hi Angel,

      Would you mind me asking? Are you getting this error “Member status is not the same with SSS records.” it is in red font color inside the dialog box.

      Pwedeng tama lahat ng information mo. pero doon mismo sa dialog box na kung saan kailngan mo I click kung anong membership mo at ilagay ang transaction receipt, Hindi ka pa succesful sa registration not unless valid yung information.

    I’m having the same problem with Eya. I don’t have yet the SSS ID that’s why I don’t have the CRN Number. I’m having the the same error message of “Invalid CRN/SS Number”. What could be the format for entering the SS Number? have tried these format 06-12345678-0 ( but it doesn’t even accept the complete numbers) also tried these 6-12345678-0 (by deleting the zero before the #6, it didn’t work as well), tried the continuous number but it also didn’t work.

    Please advise what seems to be the problem?

      I also get an error under “e-services” > “Inquiry”. I am in the Philippines and using IE to open the SSS website. You are not alone.

    My membership has changed to OFW as per policy hence that I am now working abroad.
